The process starts with a meeting or an email from the client. At this stage, we collect the basic project information—size of the space, expectations, timeline, budget, ideas, and general requirements. Based on this, we prepare our offer for services. Once the client decides to move forward with us, the project begins.

We start by preparing different layout options based on the client’s needs and the project brief. This includes space organization, movement flow, functional zones, and general planning of the space. Along with the 2D layouts, we also include reference images of similar projects and interiors to help explain the design direction and overall feeling of the future space.

After the layout is approved, we develop the project in 3D. This includes materials, lighting, textures, furniture ideas, and the overall atmosphere of the space. This helps the client clearly understand how the final project will look and feel before construction starts.

Once the design is approved, we prepare the technical drawings, specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BoQ). Everything shown in the 3D design is explained in detail for tendering and construction. This makes the process clearer for contractors and helps avoid mistakes during execution.

We help the client during contractor selection by assisting with shortlisting, preparing tender documents, and comparing contractor offers. This helps make the tender process more transparent and supports choosing the right contractor for the project.

During construction, we stay involved through regular site visits and supervision. We make sure the project is being built according to the approved design and that the quality, functionality, and details are maintained. This helps protect the design idea and keeps the project on track.
